This page provides information about current funding schemes available through ACAX. As we consider effective information transfer a priority, we continually publish information about the newest international calls for applications available for Hungarian artists, art historians and curators.
In the framework of ACAX | Agency for Contemporary Art Exchange and Gasworks collaboration starting in the autumn of 2009 one Hungarian artist will spend 3 months residency in the Gasworks.
26 artists applied for the residency. In the preselection process Alessio Antoniolli (director, Gasworks) and Catalina Lozano (residencies coordinator) have choosen Szabolcs KissPál's, Katarina Šević's, BeatrixSzörényi's, Zsolt Tibor's and Júlia Vécsei's application.
The final decision was made by Alessio Antoniolli and Catalina Lozano. Recipient of the Gasworks residency is: Katarina Šević.
